Our homemade brittle has been with us since our start in 1964. It has been one of our true family treats that seems to blend with any of the four seasons in Michigan. We cook our brittle to around 300 degrees to get just the perfect crunch in every bite. Added in our raw peanuts and cashews to infuse that roasted nut flavor, and give this delightful treat a fantastic sweet and salty mix. It's one of those year round candies that anybody can enjoy at a summer picnic, or over a winter's fire. Its just that dynamic!
