Before your order ships

Orders placed before 9 a.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, may be eligible for same-day shipping.

Made and packed
We carefully prepare and package your order. Please allow 24–36 hours, especially during busy seasons.

On its way
Once your carrier accepts the package, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow it home.
Ordering over the weekend? We do not ship Saturday or Sunday. Processing resumes the next business day.

SurePost combines the UPS network with local USPS delivery to balance shipping speed and cost. UPS carries the package to the destination area, and USPS usually completes the final delivery. UPS may deliver it directly when they already have a stop at your address.
Expedited rates are calculated at checkout using the package weight and its distance from Frankenmuth.

Our fudge, caramel corn, and brittle do not require refrigerated or temperature-controlled packaging. We pack every order to arrive in premium condition.
