This seasonal fudge is a tribute to our love for Red Velvet cake. We begin with a batch of butter pecan fudge, cook a hint of cocoa powder in and then it's time to get to work. As we are paddling the fudge we toss in red velvet flavoring. Once it's all set up into shape we drizzle white chocolate on top to give it the perfect finishing touch.
