Since 1964, the Frankenmuth Fudge Kitchen has been making Michigan's Best Fudge. We start by bringing all-natural ingredients to 240 degrees in our copper kettles. We then pour that piping hot fudge onto a thick marble slab to allow evenly distributed cooling. After that it's time to mix the fudge as it cools down the rest of the way. This blends all of the sugars together to give the fudge a smooth, creamy consistency. Once it starts to harden we sculpt it into a 25 pound loaf of Frankenmuth Fudge. Although we understand that most would love 25 pounds of fudge, who has the counter space for that!? We finally slice the loaf into 50 pieces of pure, smooth, delicious fudge. Ultimately packaging it up for you and your family to enjoy.
